My parents are searching for a new place to move to. So far theyve checked out over 55+ communities and can’t make up their minds about where they want to live. Theyre really looking for the perfect retirement community. I think they are going to endup moving down to Florida. That’s the place that seems to come up every time they start talking about a nice place to live. I can’t blame them if they do move down to Florida. The temperature is nice all year and there are plenty of retirement comminuties down there.

Searching for an apartment to live in can be a daunting task. But one can eliminate the stress that goes into it by doing the following. Firstly, call the nearest police station to enquire about the area in terms of its crime rating etc. Next, make sure to read your lease thoroughly so that there are no loopholes.

If there are stuff on your lease that you don’t understand, don’t hesitate to have a lawyer go through the document with you.

On my recent trip to Queens, I stumbled on some really nice apartment buildings that I could really aspire to live in. These were called Arverne by the Sea and they are located in Arverne, Queens. I gotta say that these apartments are gorgeous and so close to the sea it’s remarkable. Pity that they are only for sale and not for rent and cost a whole lot too. I would love to live in one of those.
