I never knew that if you had a UPS online account that they would supply you with free shipping boxes. I’ve been using UPS for a few years now and I’m always going around to stores to get free boxes and I’ve even purchased boxes in bulk from various eBay sellers. UPS offers boxes, poster mailing tubes and lots of other shipping supplies. I had no idea.

Last weekend I was over at a friend of mine’s house and he has an incredible home theater room. He’s got a $2,000 sound system with home theater seating and all of the bells and whistles. I hope one day I can afford to spend extra money on that sort of stuff. Watching movies on his huge plasma tv is also great. Even regular DVDs played using 1080i up-conversion look super clear.

My sister recently picked up a life insurance policy on her son. She called several companies looking for the best term life insurance quote and she ended up finding a new life insurance company by looking on WholesaleInsurance.net. These days you really can’t afford to not have insurance on yourself and your kids. Funerals are so ridiculously priced. My mother has had a life insurance policy on my since I was about 10 years old.

Growing up I probably tried over 100 different products trying to find the best acne treatment. Luckily for kids today they can just hop online and within a couple of clicks they can read hundreds of real reviews about any products they’re curious about before they spend their money. I still forget to look up products before I buy them and then end up reading horrible reviews the day after I buy something. Wow, did I really just use the phrase “kids today”? I’m getting old.

Nearly every friend I had as a child has been to prison and been addicted to drugs and alcohol. I feel very fortunate that I was able to stay away from drugs and alcohol, considering who I was hanging around with and what they were doing at the time. Many of my childhood friends who ended up on drugs and alcohol have never even attempted to enter a drug rehab or drug treatment facility. I really feel bad for a few of them because they had so much going for them and they never did amount to anything. If I could afford it, I would pay for all of them to go into drug rehab. Drugs and alcohol destroys lives. It’s a shame that they’re still considered “cool” things to do by many people after everything we have learned about them over the past 30 years.

About 9 months ago a friend of mine started using Hydroxycut Hardcore. I’ve never really been a fan of diet pills, but Hydroxycut has really been working great for him. He’s lost about 125 pounds since he started using it. He has always struggled with his weight and no diet program or diet pills have worked in the past. I really hope he is able to keep the weight off for good.

One of the guys I know at work has been investing his money into various ventures for the past several years. He has seen a bit of profit, but nothing like he’s seeing now that he’s investing in online futures trading. He’s nearly got me convinced that I should start putting a little money into it and take a chance. I don’t know how my girlfriend would feel about me risking money like that, but I really think it would be worth a shot. We’ll see.
