We installed some Moen kitchen faucets in our home and my husband loves it. I really can’t believe it because he can be such a hard man to please. He loves how classy it makes our kitchen looks especially since it matches our décor now. I love how quietly it releases the water into the sink and how classy it looks too. I can’t wait to have my friends over for the holidays; this is definitely a conversation piece.

While remodeling our bathrooms, we did lots of shopping in person and also on the internet. We even went into surplus stores and found lots of items we were able to purchase for a much reduced price and saved us many dollars. The final thing we still had to buy after buying everything else was the bathroom faucets for our sink in the vanity. We have always purchased and had the best luck with our Kohler kitchen faucets, so decided to look at Kohler faucets for our bathroom, too. They come in brass, silver, gold and many different styles and seem to last for many years. The price is very reasonable, too. Since our Kohler kitchen faucets have been such great faucets, we bought the same brand for our bathrooms. After installing them, they really looked nice and I’m sure we will enjoy them, and they will last for many years. Kohler kitchen fauctes are the only kind we will ever buy for our kitchen or bathrooms. We have never had to replace them in kitchen because something was wrong with them. We have replaced our Kohler kitchen faucets though to change the style, or color of them. We can never imagine buying any other brand than Kohler when it comes to buying new faucets.

My wife hates it when I drag her out to go get industrial supplies. She frowns a lot whenever I announce that I’m going and I know that she is being sweet when she comes along with me but I know she’s never really thrilled. I needed to get some paint and some other supplies to redo our attic and turn it into an office for HER home business. We also got some great lighting I even saw her choosing out some other stuff. I think she was happy.

Yesterday I installed a stainless steel backsplash on my garage work benches. I wasn’t sure how they were going to look before I started, but I am glad I decided to add them. I’m really into my work area and love tooling around on cars, lawnmowers, wood projects and pretty much anything else that will get my hands dirty. My garage looks like something you would see as a backdrop for a show like Home Improvement now.

If a person has a stereo, they usually have some kind of stand for it. If it’s a very expensive stereo, I feel it should be in an enclosed stereo cabinet to keep the dust from getting inside it and causing damage to it. Some stereo cabinets have a glass front door that allows access to the stereo very easy, and also keeps all the dust, debris, and other damaging particles from getting inside the stereo. There are some cheap ones that look very nice if a person does not have very much money to spend on one. There are also some very expensive stereo cabinets that are made of real wood with designs in it and also hold more. If cared for in the correct way that is recommended, they can last for many years.

My neighbors always have such a beautiful flower garden. Sometimes they grow all flowers and also have a small vegetable garden as well. My wife asked them recently what she could grow in our front yard that is always shaded by a huge tree in our yard. She showed us some pictures of some of her flowers and plants she planted last year. She also has an area in a section of her yard that does not get much sun and is always shaded. We have decided to plant a beautiful perennial that is called touch of class hosta. It has real pretty dark blue leaves on it. What also helped us decide on this particular one is the fact that the touch of class hosta is a perennial, so we can continue to enjoy it every year.

Today while I was in the city I picked up some bamboo shades for our spare bedroom. My girlfriend is always trying to do this or that to make the spare bedroom look better, even though we hardly ever have anyone over, especially to spend the night. At least she puts most of her focus into that one room rather than always trying to fix up the whole house. But, I do have to say, bamboo shades really made the room look alot different, in a good way.

A few weeks ago I replaced our front and back doors with some newer, better looking and more secure ones. After looking at them every day for the past few weeks, I don’t really think I like the style of door knobs and deadbolts that are on them. They don’t really go with anything else in our house. I’ve been looking online at different door hardware and I have found so many different shapes and styles that I had no idea were available. Hopefully my girlfriend likes the looks of the new door hardware when she see’s it installed.
