One of the guys I work with started taking Lipozene diet pills a while back and says that it hasen’t worked well at all. He stopped using it after reading several bad reviews for it online. He didn’t even notice that they didn’t offer a list of ingredients on the bottle until he read it in an online review. Hopefully he can find a diet pill solution that works better that Lipozene.

I’ve been working out, off and on, for about 2 years now. I’ve tried nearly every piece of exercise equipment you can think of and I think my favorite has got to be an elliptical. Treadmills have worked great for my girlfriend, but they never really did much for me. The only piece of equipment she will even use at the gym is a NordicTrack treadmill. I’ve been thinking about buying a treadmill and an elliptical for our basement so we don’t have to keep paying and going to the gym to work out. I think we would both get plenty of use out of them if I got them.

Nearly every friend I had as a child has been to prison and been addicted to drugs and alcohol. I feel very fortunate that I was able to stay away from drugs and alcohol, considering who I was hanging around with and what they were doing at the time. Many of my childhood friends who ended up on drugs and alcohol have never even attempted to enter a drug rehab or drug treatment facility. I really feel bad for a few of them because they had so much going for them and they never did amount to anything. If I could afford it, I would pay for all of them to go into drug rehab. Drugs and alcohol destroys lives. It’s a shame that they’re still considered “cool” things to do by many people after everything we have learned about them over the past 30 years.

About 9 months ago a friend of mine started using Hydroxycut Hardcore. I’ve never really been a fan of diet pills, but Hydroxycut has really been working great for him. Some people begin having poor posture at very young ages. There are many reasons that can cause this. They can have medical conditions that they, or their parents, are unaware of. Others are just lazy and don’t learn, or aren’t taught to sit up straight. Anyone with poor posture should have it checked out by a doctor.
