A few weeks ago someone ran a stop sign and put a small ding in my rear bumper. I got out and went to exchange information with the guy and he informed me that he didn’t even have auto insurance. He begged me not to call the police and offered to let me follow him to the bank and he would get out $1,000 and give it to me for the damage. I was kind of leary to follow him. I mean, who has $1,000 they can just hand over, but they can’t afford car insurance? I told him to just get out of here and don’t worry about it. I can’t stand irresponsible people like that. |
